• Use materials for illegal or harmful activities
• Misrepresent outputs as guaranteed, factual, or endorsed by Lucid Research
• Violate any applicable license terms associated with specific models

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, website content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Lucid Research.

Specific models or code may be released under separate open-source or custom licenses, which will govern their use.

5. AI Limitations

AI models published by Lucid Research may produce inaccurate, biased, or incomplete outputs.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any outputs generated from these models.

6. No Warranties

All materials and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lucid Research does not guarantee performance, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
